I just wanted to let you know that I ran the new Path Maintenance tool for Attachments in our Development db (version 5.4.4.30a) yesterday. I was able to use the tool to correct 164 broken attachment links in Production! Most of those have probably been broken for five years or more. The tool works great! CSDC has an excellent support team which always provides immediate response for any Amanda issues. We were moving to Production and due to some changes we had made we had some issues. We called the After hours Emergency number at mid-night and the Support team worked until 3 am to help resolve this issue and we were in production. Thank you so much. It is truly appreciated. It is always a pleasure to work with support team which truly understand client needs and strives for excellence in customer service.
